Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of uitrax.com and to services you order from UI Trax ("we").

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are starting packages in US dollars. Final scope, price and timeline are confirmed in writing before work begins. Quotes from Orion, our AI assistant, are estimates until confirmed by UI Trax.

Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed for each project before work starts.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times start once we have everything needed from you. The number of revisions is agreed for each project.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to any text, images, prices or data you give us to use in your project.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables made specifically for you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

AI assistant

Orion is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, so important details are always confirmed by our team.

Limitation of liability

We work carefully, but we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, arising from use of our website or services, to the extent allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
