This policy explains what information UI Trax ("we") collects through uitrax.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Chat conversations. When you chat with Orion, our AI assistant, we save the conversation and any details you share, such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, business type, budget and timeline.
• Contact forms. Information you submit through our contact or quote forms.
• Basic usage data. Your browser may store a small identifier so your chat continues across pages.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your request.
• To improve our services and our assistant's answers.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Orion's replies are generated by a third-party AI model. Your chat messages are sent to that provider only to produce a reply. Please don't share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in the chat.

Where data is stored

Leads and chat history are stored in a secure database (Supabase) that only the UI Trax owner account can access.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
